Each piece is one hundred percent unique, with no two marbling affects ever being the same! Please note that the items shown in each listing are representative of a similar piece of the same size and style. Your piece will likely not be shown in the photographs.

If you would like to see the EXACT piece(s) available, please email me at hello@rachaelkroekerceramics.com and I will gladly send some quick photos your way.

Care

Make sure to rinse/ wash item after use. Raw clay (exterior of piece) can potentially absorb dark substances if left for an extended period of time. 

Avoid contact with oil. 

Items are dishwasher and microwave safe. 

Returns & exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for safely repackaging and paying the return shipping fees.
Refunds only given if the item has been damaged during shipping (within the first week of purchase, with photo documentation).

Delivery policies

Items will be shipped in 1 -3 business days from purchase. Shipping prices are based on Canada Post. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery within Canada, and up to 10 days for the US. Please contact me if you need the items sooner and I can adjust the shipping fees for express postage.

If shipping outside North America or buying multiple items at once please contact for accurate quote.

Winnipeg Pick Up

Please use the coupon code LOCAL to remove the shipping fees.

International Orders

As shipping costs can vary from country to country I may not have listed an accurate price quote for overseas orders. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the price listed. If ordering multiple items overseas, I am happy to provide a proper quote once I know the mailing address.
